Susan owned and operated her own landscape design and installation business for 11 years. She broadened her education with a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Clemson University, by becoming a certified Plant Professional and certified environmental educator.<\/p>\n
Her present experience in Landscape Design with Meadows Farms for the past 9 years has been to incorporate hardscapes, waterfalls, and beauty with plants. Past experience expands from the growth and development of plants in a greenhouse to working with a Tom Fazio golf course design \u201cThe Snead\u201d at The Greenbrier Sporting Club. She has been a contributor on WLOS television\u2019s \u201cIn the Garden\u201d, URTV and WHKP radio. She\u2019s gained many experiences and contacts as Design Assistant and Horticulture Technician at The North Carolina Arboretum and has been a judge at the State Fair Flower Shows.<\/p>\n
