Happenings

Welcome to Meadows Farms, the largest nursery located in the Fredericksburg area. With summer now upon us, we look forward to helping you with all your landscaping needs during the continuous heat and frequent storms that we will all be dealing with. We carry a wide variety of watering supplies to help you beat the summer heat. Whether you need tree diapers, hoses, sprinklers, water wands, or even washers or repair kits for your hose, we have it in stock and look forward to helping you with any questions you may have.

If you have all your watering under control but the storms keep wreaking havoc on your landscaping we can set you up with the tools to keep your plants looking good. No matter what you need we should have it here for you. We carry many types of hand pruners and hedge shears to help take off any busted branches or just to help shape up some of your plants. Once you have them cleaned up don’t forget to fertilize them with one of the many different kinds of fertilizers that we keep in stock for you. Fertilizing will help push new growth that will make your plants flourish throughout the summer heat.

Getting a late start this year is no problem. We are continuing to bring in fresh annuals and perennials during the summer months to help add a little color to your yard. If you are looking for more than a little color, that is fine too. We have a huge selection of flowering trees and shrubs to set you up with as well as evergreens to help provide you with some privacy.

We also have a stone yard if you’re looking to accent you’re existing landscaping. We have many varieties of boulders, bagged rock, wall stones, and flagstones available to you. And, if we don’t have what you are looking for we will be happy to look into getting it for you.

We hope your summer is going great and our experienced staff looks forward to helping you with whatever your needs are this summer.

As always we appreciate your business and THANK YOU FOR BEING A MEADOWS FARMS CUSTOMER!
