Cilantro is the Spanish word for Coriander leaves. Coriander is the dried seeds and/or leaves of the plant. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves & dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used in cooking. Yellow blooms.

Use in guacamole, salsa, savory & sweet dishes. Often incorporated into spice blends such as Garam masala.
