Meet With a Professional
Schedule an at-home consultation with one of our expert landscape designers or architects. During this visit, we’ll discuss your vision, evaluate your space, and discuss budgets. Our designers will provide professional guidance on options that work best for your property. Choose a professional in your service area or we can assign one to you!
Design Your Space
Our team will create a custom design plan tailored specifically to your property. You’ll have the opportunity to select from our extensive collection of premium plants, with expert guidance every step of the way. We’ll work together to refine your design until it perfectly matches your vision for your outdoor space.
Professional Installation
Our skilled crew will handle all necessary ground preparation and carefully install your plants according to the agreed-upon design plan. Once the plants are in place, we’ll finish your space with mulch and ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned up before we leave.
Landscaping Options for Every Budget
Every landscape is unique, and costs vary based on your project’s size and materials. Before starting your design, our landscape team works with you to understand your budget goals. This collaborative approach ensures we create a design plan that matches your vision and makes your wallet happy. As always any trees and shrubs installed are covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
Professional Design & Installation
Begin with a 1-2 hour consultation at your home with one of our 35+ Landscape Architects and Designers for just $69. This fee includes a professional consultation and estimates for your project. Applicable for installations with a minimum $1,000 contract.
Schedule Your Appointment
Free Walk-In Design Services
Our designers are available mid-March through mid-June and September through October at many of our nurseries. There is no charge for this design service and no appointment is necessary. Please bring any photos and/or a sketch of the area to be landscaped. Contact your local Meadows Farms garden center for hours and designer availability.

Pick & Plant
Don’t have the time or expertise to plant trees, shrubs, and plants? Meadows Farms offers a convenient Pick and Plant service to deliver and install your selections for you. Simply pick which plants you want, mark where with flags, and we’ll handle the rest.

Meadows Farms provides landscaping services throughout Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland. At this time we do not offer landscaping services for Washington D.C., the Great Big Greenhouse, and the Richmond metro area.
