Landscaping Department – Report a Problem
Report a dead plant or problem with your Planting or Hardscape installation. Please call the Landscape Department at 703-327-5050 or 301-353-0606, or report a problem by submitting an online report. Dead plants or problems reported by phone, or email without photos attached will be inspected by a Customer Service representative as quickly as our schedule allows.
In the peak seasons, there can be a delay of 10-14 weekdays for an inspection. If you are able to forward photo(s) of the plants or problem we will be able to move more quickly.
How to send a photo of a dead plant or problem to the Landscape Department –
- From your smartphone: If you’re on a smartphone, please take a photo of the plant and attach it to your report. Forward photos to [email protected]
- Email from desktop: If you’re reporting a problem from your computer, please complete the dead plant or problem form and send photos by separate email to [email protected]
Lawn and Garden Care Department
Report a problem with a Lawn and Garden Care / Grounds Maintenance Department contract by calling 703-348-4431, or completing the online Report a Problem form. Photos for the Lawn and Garden Care / Grounds Maintenance Department should be attached to emails to [email protected].
