All returns must be accompanied by the dead plant, original receipt, and original sales ticket.
For dead plants, store credit will be issued for the amount paid. Cash/credit card refunds will not be given on dead plants. All store credits expire one year from date issued.
Guarantee Excludes sod, annuals, herbs, mums, pansies, houseplants, tropicals, holiday plants, plants that have been kept in containers, purchases made using a store credit, and purchases made using a landscape professional’s discount. Clearance sale items are not guaranteed.
Guarantees are non-transferable.
We are happy to accept returns of items in original, sellable condition (at manager’s discretion) within 10 days of purchase with the following exceptions: sod, annuals, herbs, chrysanthemums, houseplants, tropicals; sales on holiday & clearance items are final; installation & delivery charges are non-refundable after service has been performed.
