All returns must be accompanied by dead plant, original receipt, and original sales ticket.
For dead plants, store credit will be issued for the amount paid. Cash/credit card refunds will not be given on dead plants. All store credits expire one year from date issued.
Guarantee Excludes: sod, annuals, herbs, mums, pansies, houseplants, tropicals, holiday plants, plants that have been kept in containers, purchases made using a store credit, and purchases made using a landscape professional’s discount. Clearance sale items are not guaranteed.
Guarantees are non-transferable.
We are happy to accept returns of items in original, sellable condition (at manager’s discretion) within 10 days of purchase with the following exceptions: sod, annuals, herbs, chrysanthemums, houseplants, tropicals; sales on holiday & clearance items are final; installation & delivery charges are non-refundable after service has been performed.
