Plant Return Policy

Meadows Farms guarantees that all woody, outdoor plants purchased by a retail customer at any Meadows Farms nursery will survive for a full six months.  If during the first six months your plants fail to survive, simply return them with your sales ticket and register receipt for a 50% store credit.  Furthermore, we are convinced that once you have seen the quality of Meadows Farms plant material you will be a Meadows Farms person for life.  Therefore, we will also guarantee plants you have purchased from another retail nursery other than Meadows Farms under the same guarantee.  Guarantee will be void if plants returned are not dead (if green is showing when bark on main leader is scratched with thumbnail).  Please call prior to retuning plants if there are any questions about our plant return policy.

PLEASE NOTE:  PURCHASES MADE USING CONTRACTOR'S DISCOUNT ARE NOT GUARANTEED.    

Store credits will be given in lieu of cash refunds or charge card credits.
Guarantee does not apply to plants purchased with a store credit.
No guarantee on purchases made between November 1 and March 1.
No employee can change the above policies.
