Lisa Clements is a Certified Virginia Nurseryman with a degree in Environmental Studies from George Mason University, and has been in the nursery industry since 1979. She has worked in several different departments at Meadows Farms, and as a Garden Department supervisor at Home Depot. She has become proficient in the knowledge of Virginia flora, their growth habits and uses in the garden, and has a background in purchasing and marketing within the nursery and landscape field.

Dave attended Hampden-Sydney College and George Mason University and is the Senior Vice President of Meadows Farms Landscape Dept. He has more than 35 years experience building and designing landscapes with numerous garden design awards to his credit. Dave's home landscape is a one acre experimental garden where he tests plant introductions, hardscape materials, and other landscape features to determine their worthiness for Meadows Farms' clients. The garden is virtually an arboretum with many unique plants, six garden ponds, and an assortment of patios, paths, and walls.
